Where does the photo session take place?


All iris photoshoots are done at your home. I bring all the necessary professional equipment with me, so you can enjoy the experience in a comfortable and familiar environment.

You are also welcome to have your iris photo taken in my studio, located at Tvetenveien 32, 0666 Oslo.

Are there any travel costs?

Travel within Oslo is completely free. For sessions outside Oslo, a travel fee of 10 NOK per km applies.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, all sessions are by appointment only. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details after booking.

How long does the photo session take?

It usually takes up to 10 minutes per person to capture the perfect photo of your iris.

Does it hurt? Is it safe?

Not at all – it’s completely safe and painless. It feels just like shining a small light into your eye for a few seconds.

Can children get their eyes photographed?

Yes, children from 5 years and up are welcome! They just need to stay still for a few moments so the iris can be properly focused.

Can I come with someone else?

Absolutely – friends, partners or family are welcome! Just remember to book a time slot for each person.

Do you edit the eye photos?

Yes, each photo is professionally edited to bring out the detail and natural beauty of your iris.

Can I choose effects for my eye photo?

Yes – you can personalize your iris photo with effects like water ripple, explosion, and others.

You’ll find all available options in the “Effects” section of the website.

When will I receive my photo?

  • Digital files are delivered within 3–4 business days.

  • Plexiglass prints take around 2–3 weeks, as they are made by a professional lab.

  • Framed prints are produced in Europe for the best quality and may take a bit longer.
